Custodial history

Records were created and managed by McPherson County Extension or by Clubs and their representatives endorsed by McPherson County Extension Office. The extension office records were created and managed in office, while the club records were typically created and managed outside of the office and then were returned when leadership would change or for club central records storage. Some clubs are defunct and some are still ongoing and those have been noted in the inventory. A transfer agreement was signed in August 2024 and the records were physically transferred to K-State University Archives.
