This series contains files that relate to the KSU College of Engineering. These files include agendas, minutes, memoranda, notes, slides, correspondence, newsletters, pamphlets, publications, reference material, depositions, speech scripts, proposals, evaluations, surveys, reports, budget and cost analysis, blueprints, photographs, maps, KSU magazines and newspapers (the K-State Engineer, the K-Stater, Kansas Technical Professions), and booklets. These materials pertain to meetings (department meetings, committee meetings, council meetings, club meetings, alumni meetings), events (open house events, commencement, talks, banquets, luncheons, career fairs, Engineering Day), programs and classes, scholarships (including donation records and recipient letters of gratitude).

This series includes correspondence between Dean's and other faculty and students. Majority of the correspondence documents are from Dean Barbara Stowe between the years of 1989-1998. Dean's academic council minutes and other documents are included. Ms. Jane Barnes' scrapbooks of "Highlights in History" are included from when she served as assistant to the Dean. Reports from conferences that Dean's attended are included. Biennial and centennial reports for the college.

Series 1 of Global Campus records, the credit course files range from the years 1975 – 2002 and contain both semester courses, as well as intersession (winter, spring, summer) courses. The series consists of files related to courses taken for credit through DCE and from programs outside of K-State. Credit courses highlighted are from the College of Arts & Sciences, College of Education, College of Business, Telecourses, and the Undergraduate completion program. It is composed of resources and manuals for distance and online courses, enrollment statistics, course information packets, photographs, videotapes, credit course promotional material, course evaluations, course financing, reports and reviews related to credit courses, and correspondence related to credit courses. The credit courses series contains 47 boxes.
